Times Remembered Fondues
Even though the work "fondue" is French meaning "to
melt," it is generally believed that the Swiss originated
fondue. While there is still some mystery that surrounds the practice
of fondue and the question who invented it, this is not the case
with dessert fondue.
The creation of chocolate fondue is credited to a New York restaurateur
who realized the visceral tactile appeal and palette pleasure of
coating and glazing various fruits and pastries in bowls of heated
chocolate. We have endorsed this concept and now make it an instant
gratification with our ready to heat and serve rich variations of
Fondue au Chocolat'.
