Fondue au Chocolat'

Taking our favorite chocolate recipe that we use for making our Chocolate Overture as a base. We further intensified the rich chocolate flavor thickening the chocolate to have more 'clinging power' so that it holds to the foods that are dipped.

This is an "instant to use" chocolate fondue sauce. Just remove the lid and heat. Pour into a bowl set on a burner or over a tea light candle and you’re ready to start dipping fresh fruit, ladyfingers and sugar cookies.

If you can't wait to get at the chocolate sauce, yes, it's just fine over ice cream.
