Legend Regional Barbecue Sauces
We have four flavors in our regional
collection of sauces. We've focused on what we believe are four
of the main geographical areas that have specific flavors and a
variety of tastes. The Heartland
Sauce from the Midwest, The Deep
South Sauce from Cajun country, Our Southwest
Sauce that evokes a subtle flavor of the West, and our most
recent addition, Badlands, in which
we offer a very spicy sauce from the rugged plains.
Legend Specific BBQ & Grilling Sauces
Our newest collection of sauces. They are not from the past, but
created and developed to address a collection of flavors and tastes
targeted for specific use. Capturing today’s genre of food
trends which enhance specific categories of meats, fowl, and seafood,
we introduce an exciting addition to Seasons Harvest.
While we view our regional sauces as classic and timeless,
Our new collection has a focus that is more topical. Each stands
alone and is unique, yet we have found that though we targeted
specific categories, certainly the Apple
Cider
and the Tangy Mango Thyme are
interchangeable in use. The Chipotle
is best as offered
due to its inherent flavor and taste characteristics.
