Our Country Style Olives are imported from Portugal and still retain their stones. The Olives are five varieties of olives packed in the traditional brine of the region along with cornichon, pearl onions, garlic, and bay leaves. Our olive assortment includes "galega bical" (violet/black olives), "galega-beira" (black olives), "bical beira" (reddish brown olives, "verde d'elvas" (green olives), and "cacarenha" (black olives).
