Legend Specific Grilling Sauce
Papaya Ginger Grilling Sauce
Especially for Seafood
Rich, full bodied, infused with the fresh flavor of ginger, it partners beautifully with shrimp, crab, salmon, whitefish, walleye, and other fleshy fish. The addition of Papaya Ginger Grilling Sauce works magic in turning the "Catch of the Sea" into an exotic tropical delicacy.
If all that wasn't enough, Papaya Ginger also makes a wonderful marinade, especially for chicken.
In addition to fabulous grilling with this sauce here are some other great ideas to pursue:
- Use as a salad dressing either with or without combining with mayo. Use mixed greens and goat cheese with cherry tomatoes.
- Excellent as a cold shrimp dip when mixed with sour cream.
- Liven up your next omelet with Jack cheese, topping it with Papaya Ginger.
- Try sautéing sliced chicken breasts in olive oil as needed and then adding four tablespoons of Papaya Ginger to the sauté pan. Cook until tender. Add snow peas at the end and serve over wild rice.
- Use as a spread for a ham and white cheddar cheese with lettuce sandwich.
