Legend Specific Barbecue Sauce
Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
Especially for Beef
There is a growing passion in this country for hotter and hotter food. Responding to this trend and due to the many requests that we have had, we created our Chipotle for Beef BBQ sauce! The challenge was to deliver flavor and great taste while not allowing the heat to become overpowering. In our extensive taste testing we found it axiomatic and that there was a direct correlation between intense heat and loss of flavor. In our recent samplings of this sauce, we are certain by the reactions of our customers' enthusiasm of positive and overwhelming acceptance of this rich little sauce that we have achieved the goal we set out to accomplish. We trust you will agree.
And, yes, while we do not recommend this sauce for any meat other than beef or Bison, for the heat lovers who are not be feint of heart, may we suggest the following ideas to keep the flame on the high burner:
- Thanks to a Cleveland customer’s suggestion, our new favorite use of Chipotle is to mix it with melted butter and spread it on your sweet corn ... just the best.
- Try the Chipotle on a beef burrito or your beef taco.
- Liven the baked potato, or hash browns with this as a topping. We must admit that we like the baked potato mixing the Chipotle with sour cream...somewhat of a western ying/yang taste
- Toss this sauce into your next batch of chili. We like chunks of beef, but it works as well with hamburger. Chose your favorite in your next meatloaf.
- Mix with sour cream for a dip that will add fire to your buffalo wings.
- It’s a welcome addition to Beef Stew.
We're collecting ideas for a new "Recipes" page.
We'd
love an

And for those who think the hotter the heat the better and take pride in their ability to endure the pain of heat in addition to flavor ... may we suggest our new collection of Not Cool Hot Sauces. Yeoww!
